The Shadow 1899 Congress is a resurrection of the Spirit of the
1899 Congress. It offers the nation a pathway for peaceful
revolutionary change and governance through the dehibernation of
the 1899 Constitution which had never been abrogated by the
Filipino people. Through its dehibernation the 1899 Constitution
serves as a reset button to renew the country.


The series of Plenary sessions are scheduled every Saturday 8am
to 12 noon Manila Time. This was started on June 19 the bday of
Rizal and will end Sine DIe with the Bday of Andres Bonifacio on
Nov. 30.
