Service NSW: Employees Asked To Go Above And Beyond

During the recent NSW Lockdown, workers at Service NSW were asked
to go above and beyond their normal tasks to keep the state
running. This included distributing small business grants and
being on top of newly developed technology on smartphone apps. It
was and is a stressful time for these Champions. On the podcast
