How to Change the World as Business Owner: Andy Cahill and Di Ciruolo

For today’s episode, we’re taking a deep dive into How to Change
the World as a Business Owner  in a time of Black Lives
Matter and COVID-19.  Di Ciruolo owns Staffing Studios, a
staffing company  based in the North Shore of Boston, and
she runs a Facebook Group called Ally Up! that helps educate
people about diversity and the nature of oppression. She is
scheduled to publish a book of the same name soon. Andy Cahill is
a transformational coach who has held white caucuses and supports
different organizations dedicated to  diversity.  They
are not officially marketing professionals, but both own their
own businesses AND are making a difference related to diversity.
