Healing Through Breathwork

Today on Sense of Soul Podcast we have, Kate Crawford, she is a
Certified Trauma-Informed Breathwork Practitioner, licensed
Physical Therapist, and the CEO of Korē Breathwork. Kate has a
Master’s Degree of Science in Physical Therapy, a certification
in Pelvic Floor, as well as a certification in Trauma-Informed
Breathwork (600+ hrs YACEP). 


As a highly empathic person who has worked in the medical model,
Kate witnessed firsthand that our emotional wellbeing directly
affects our physical wellbeing. Kate has always been fascinated
by the human body and has suffered from chronic pain and fatigue
her whole life. Until she discovered breathwork, a perfect
modality for empathic individuals. It allows and encourages us to
tap into our own energetic and emotional wellbeing. This trauma-
informed approach to care and heal through breathwork transformed
Kate’s life and inspired her to create Korē Breathwork— so that
others can heal their emotional and physical pain as well!


Korē Breathwork integrates Kate’s years of experience as a
Physiotherapist with this beautiful modality of breathwork. The
crux of the work she does with clients includes creating a
process for connecting with the body, listening to its wisdom,
and creating lasting change.
