Healing with Emotion Code

Today’s guest is Bri Blea(Blay-uh)-Burns, the heart and soul
behind Shift Your Energy! Bri has recently launched her own
business, a dream that has been years in the making, and her
journey into energy healing is truly inspiring. As a certified
Emotion Code and Body Code practitioner, Bri’s passion is helping
people clear emotional and energetic blocks that may be impacting
their well-being.  Her path toward this work has been deeply
personal. Over the past several years, Bri has dedicated herself
to intense self-discovery, unlearning and relearning as she
navigated profound life shifts, including the tragic loss of both
her stepdad, and father in law. Those losses crystallized her
perspective on life, reinforcing that it’s too short not to
pursue what you truly love.  During that time, Bri
discovered the Emotion Code and Body Code modalities and was
immediately drawn to them. She spent a year completing her
certifications, and through this journey, she came alive,
connecting with incredible people who helped shape her path.
 Now, with Shift Your Energy, Bri offers one-on-one online
sessions where she provides a sacred, supportive space for
clients to release trapped emotions and imbalances, guiding them
toward clarity, alignment, and transformation. She believes that
by shifting our energy, we can shift every aspect of our
lives—from relationships and self-confidence to our overall sense
of purpose.  When she’s not working with clients, Bri loves
exploring Human Design (she’s a 6/2 Splenic Projector!), holistic
wellness, and self-improvement. Her mission is to bring healing,
rest, and a little bit of magic to the world, simply by being
