Today we talk to Heather Maranda, a veteran tattoo artist from
Oregon, who for the last two years has been working to develop the
first college level tattoo education course in the State. With so
much controversy surrounding "tattoo schools" and proper education
of the aspiring tattoo artist, I thought it would be great to get
Heather on and see what she's up to so we can gain a better
understanding of her goals and objectives.
