we carry through detox and the tools we can use
emotionally and physically to empower us to be the
healthiest version of ourself. During the show we will be
exploring how detox can improve not only the health of your
body, but prevent disease, improve your immune system,
digestion and overall happiness. Too often we are
eating foods that may be "healthy" but not the right foods
for our unique body. Detox is about learning what foods are
right for our unique life and also learning how to use the
daily detox in our own home to prevent the common
cold. We will be discussing 1. probiotics 2.
cultured foods 3. immune health 4. grains 5. why
is detox essential for our happiness? 6. the emotional detox
and why is this a topic many people do not cover or
understand when we think about detox.
