SPEAKER BIO:


Growing up in a physically and emotionally abusive home, Neha
despised the words used to manipulate her into doing things and
being someone she was not meant to. Having spent much of her
adult life battling depression, she felt disconnected from
herself, as well as from people around her. But she knew she
wanted to be a most different kind of parent - one that empowers
and instills a positive mentality for her child. 


The journey of motherhood was far from easy. Not only did she
have to learn to manage her emotions, but she also had to face
the challenge of being the mother of a gifted child, while
watching her marriage gradually fall apart.


Her challenges helped her develop a deep understanding of the
impact of words spoken to the innocent minds of children and how
they play out in adulthood.


Neha is a mom of a preteen boy diagnosed with ASD. Meditation and
mindfulness helped her develop patience for herself, her son and
other close people in her life. She holds communication and
connection workshops, as well as facilitates guided meditations
in Hong Kong.
