Your Greatness Doesn't Come All At Once

I'M FRUSTRATED!!! ... and inspired at the same time. I have had
these visions/ideas of myself doing great things! Some are even
very clear and detailed. However, then there is the reality and
results that are actually happening in my life. Some are good but
they are so small compared to what I see for myself, marriage and
family. This has left me in a frustrated frame of mind because
life is not happening according to my expectations. Ever felt
that way? 


This episode shares a raw thought I had this morning... Your
greatness doesn't come all at once. There is a weight and
responsibility to success. If it's managed well, it's a
blessing.... and if it's managed poorly it will crush you. That's
why "greatness" or success comes in waves. It gives us room to
grow stronger step by step so that we have the character and
wisdom to sustain the greatness that was placed inside us. Keep
leaning in, keep learning, keep growing, keep being great!
