Sugarplum Festival; Trump in Hialeah; Rebels go between UGA's hedges

Ron DeSantis and Nikki Haley battle for the silver medal during
Wednesday's third GOP presidential debate. Meanwhile, frontrunner
Donald Trump had Arkansas Gov. Sarah Sanders introduce him at a
counter-programming rally in nearby Hialeah, Florida.  The
six-month actors strike appears to be over.  Keifer Engles
