Episode 96 - Chasing Molly and Clash of Champions

Good morrow everybody, and welcome to a Champion Clashing, King of
the Ring Flinging, and “Chasing Molly” promoting an episode of the
Brothers...of DISCUSSION. We’re going to cover everything from Chad
Gable and Baron Corbin’s forthcoming clash, break down all the
title matches coming up this Sunday, and finally, feature our first
ever interview! We spoke with Shelley Pack, the writer, and star of
the movie “Chasing Molly” as well as the director Josh Sutherland.
“Chasing Molly” is a comedy that you can find streaming just about
anywhere, including Amazon Prime, that tells the story of two phony
psychic mediums who rob their clients blind. When they accidentally
steal the drugs of a local kingpin, they desperately try to appease
the kingpin and survive a host of obstacles in the movie. The
co-stars include Felicia Day (of Mystery Science Theater fame) and
WWE Hall of Famer, Kurt Angle! We had a lot of fun meeting Shelley,
who is an alum of The Groundlings and Second City and Josh, who’s
the Visual Effects Director for a host of movies, including
“Looper”, “The Avengers”, and “Peewee’s Big Holiday”. In addition
to some personal anecdotes about themselves and the movie, Shelley
Pack also took some time to talk to us about what it was like to
work with Kurt Angle on set, and share some crazy stories about the
former Olympian finally being free of his PG handcuffs!
