Are we being too frivolous when we click to accept those lengthy
terms of agreements online? What are we agreeing to anyway? How
important is your internet privacy or should this even matter?

from 1976-- where they pose the question-- “Are You Safe from
Electronic Snoopers”. Popular Science warns of the subtle
strategies of wiretappers, claiming that a microphone could be as
tiny as an aspirin, or that a radio transmitter could
inconspicuously be hidden inside a pack of cigarettes so as to go
unnoticed by the unsuspecting victim. In 1976 the Right of Privacy
act outlawed wiretapping without consent. But today there’s a new
kind of privacy invasion. In what ways do we compromise our privacy
by clicking on terms of agreement, and each consecutive time we use
the internet.
