SEASON 9: LIVING A LIFE OF SERVENTHOOD: EPISODE 2: SERVING IS NOT A CHECK OFF LIST!

JESUS TO GRASP THESE TEACHING AND TO LIVE THIS KIND OF
LIFE!

JESUS IS THE ANSWER, SAY YES TO HIM AS YOUR LORD AND SAVIOR
TODAY! YOU HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING ELSE! HE IS WILLING AND ABLE TO
GIVE YOUR LIFE A NEW DIRECTION SO THAT YOU CAN EXPERIENCE A LIFE
OF ABUNDANCE!

SCRIPTURE:: MARK 10: 42-45

42 Jesus called them together and said, “You know that those
who are regarded as rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and
their high officials exercise authority over them. 43 Not
so with you. Instead, whoever wants to become great among you
must be your servant, 44 and whoever wants to be first
must be slave of all. 45 For even the Son of Man did not
come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom
for many.”

Serving Others is more than keeping up with my to-do list!
I am choosing to do something for someone else without expecting
anything else in return!
My call to serve is an invitation from God for my spiritual
growth!
Serving God and others is not about doing great things but about
doing small things with Godly love.
Ephesians 6:7-8- " Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving
the Lord, not people because you know that the Lord will reward
each one for whatever good they do, whether they are slave or
free."
Serving God allows us to experience His joy and peace that comes
from being obedient to Him.
Serving like Jesus grows out of genuine love for our Savior and
of the love and concern for people that God has placed in our
lives.
Serving means I am willing to work in whatever role that will
benefit others.
When I am serving God I am doing his will and doing what He has
commanded me to do.
Jesus is our greatest example of serving: washing feet, feeding
the crowds, healing the sick, raising the dead, and teaching the
word of God.
