all feel that really 24 hours isn't enough!

It is so hard to keep up sometimes with all of the demands on our
lives and keeping ourselves especially our minds focussed on what
matters most and try to get it all done.

your OVERALL approach to how you manage your time, your energy as
well as your priorities.
