ITB 140 How To Make Instagram Videos On Your Computer

Just the other day, I shot a video for Instagram and it was a
mess.
I said, the heck with it and released it anyways.
But, I want to do more quick Instagram and Twitter vides. I know
that there had to be a better way.
This is when I had an aha moment.
I can make quick helpful videos with Screenflow and then put them
on Instagram.
This is what I did and it worked well. It also allowed for better
quality videos.
