FinCEN’s Exceptive Relief

Bernie Mason, RMA’s Regulatory Affairs Liaison, discusses the
Financial Crimes Enforcement Network’s (FinCEN) 90-day temporary
and limited exceptive relief to covered financial institutions from
the obligations of the Beneficial Ownership Rule for Legal Entity
Customers for certain financial products and services that were
established before the Beneficial Ownership Rule’s Applicability
