The RMA Journal recently interviewed Mauro Guillen, holder of the
Zandman Endowed Professorship in International Management at the
Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. In the interview,
he discusses his book, "2030: How Today's Biggest Trends Will
Collide and Reshape the Future of Everything," and the ways the
enormous geopolitical, demographic, and climate-related changes we
