Church Conflict Scriptures (Acts 15; Matthew 18:15-16)

Two types of conflict:
- Public doctrine
- Personal disagreements

Doctrine issues:
1. SEE someone in authority
2. SUBMIT to their decision

Disagreements issues:
3. SPEAK to the person you have a disagreement with, not with
someone about them. (Matthew 18:15)
4. SUPPORT, get one or two people who know about this ministry,
situation, or person to bring perspective and wisdom. (Matthew
18:16)
5. SEPARATE from this person but not from your purpose. (Acts
15:39)
