The New Enclave in Appalachia was just beginning to re-emerge
from the WhiteSpring Bunker. A routine mission, headed by then
Senior Captain Valeria, would put her on a collision course with
her old Vault 76 friend, Lilith Alistair. 


We complete the Lilith Trilogy by learning how this former Vault
76'er and FEV experiment made contact with the Enclave...her
initiation as a new Member, and how this led to the rise of Lt.
Colonel Valeria as the leader of this new Enclave.
