In this special guest episode I talk with CLTP Tasmania CEO Chris
Skeels-Piggins about the launch of Cusp Building Solutions. Using
CLTP's products, Cusp will operate essentially as the marketing
branch of the organisation. To kick things off, they're
highlighting their "world-first" hardwood Cross Laminated Timber
for the structural timber market. Cusp hardwood CLT is made from
Tasmanian Plantation Oak (Eucalyptus Nitens), sourced from
certified sustainable plantations around the state. CLTP is
tapping into a resource that hasn't previously been used for
structural timber in this way. It's an evolution for the timber

travelled in arriving a the world's first commercially available
hardwood mass timber products.
