Katerra CLT factory in Spokane, Washington for $50 million. T3
Diagonal Mar is the first fully wooden building of its kind to be
constructed by Henderson Park and Hines in Europe and is part of
Hines’ innovative “T3” family of buildings. The new Elephant Park
building would align perfectly with the health, wellbeing and
environmental priorities being set by today’s most
forward-thinking businesses. The developer of Baltimore’s first
commercial mass timber office building downtown has revealed a
modified design to optimize its construction plan and achieve
cost savings in a challenging pandemic economy.
