Construction, one of California's elite full-service construction
companies. 

Joe actually started with Uprite back in Jan. of 2020 and with a
new team, plus hardcore execution, they were able to hit a 700%
revenue growth in a matter of 8 months! 

Joe is a 30+ year construction veteran and has held many
positions over his long career beginning as a 
Superintendent and now COO of Uprite Construction.  Joe was
a partner of Howard S. Wright and COO of HW&A
Structures.  He was responsible for overseeing the Southern
California offices.  The company was sold to Balfour Beatty
in 2011. Joe left BBC to become COO of Shangrila Construction in
2016.  His objective was to grow the company from a tenant
improvement “TI” firm to a full-service ground-up construction
group in which he was successful in a short period of time.
Specializing in alternative delivery of private-sector
construction projects, Joe has managed projects from half a
million to over $500 million.
