Jack Jenkins (Ep 28)

Jack Jenkins is an Australian professional MMA fighter. He is the
Australian Champion and defended his belt for the 3rd time on the
weekend. He is now undisputedly the best MMA fighter in the
country. We talk about the build up into his fight, his training,
his weight cut and go deep on the ups and downs of his career
from crying in a bath tub to winning fights in front of packed
stadiums. This is an inside look into the life of an MMA athlete
that doesn't really get told anywhere and was fascinating. Jack
is also my best friend, so having him on the show was special.
