Taylor Knibb (Ep 63)

The Ironman World Championships were yesterday and over the next
week we will be recording episodes with the winners and big
players. But today, in the meantime, we look ahead to the next
big race - the Ironman 70.3 World Champs that take place in 3
weeks time. And Taylor Knibb is the favourite to win that race.
She has a world class swim, the best 70.3 bike in the sport and
is a solid runner. She’s the athlete you have to get through if
you’re any chance. We go through all her training in the build up
and find out what training she’s done to become the big favourite
for the race.
