We are joined by the newly crowned Ironman 70.3 World Champion
Jelle Geens for our first podcast of 2025. We talk all about the
training that led Jelle to be able to win the race, going
particularly deep on the run training that took him to a 1:07
half marathon off the bike. We also get into the nitty gritty on
his bike training and how he and his coach train. There is a
detailed race recap from the 70.3 worlds from Jelle’s perspective
and some conversation about his plans for 2025 balancing T100 and
Ironman racing.
