Overcoming adversity and doing whatever it takes with Ben Naumann and Conor Watkins - EMP103

This week, we are doing things a little bit differently. I'm
joined by Ben Naumann and Conor Watkins, two friends who have
been in real estate for several years now in Houston,
Texas.

Conor got into real estate apartment leasing and started doing
very well. This got Ben to really prioritize getting his real
estate license and jumping in. 


After being faced with some challenges when their brokerage
decided to not pay out tens of thousands of dollars of earned
commissions, they started to rebuild and once again hit a
stride. 

They have both partnered on several deals together and their
stories are proof that with hard work and determination,
obstacles can be overcome.
