Commit first, then act - EMP130

Today I talk about a trick to make sure you take action. You
commit. Once you tell people you are going to do something
(especially if you are partnering with someone on something like
hosting an event), it becomes set in stone. 


From there, you have to perform. Set a deadline, sign up for the
course, book a venue to host an event, etc. Once you commit, you
then will have to act to honor that commitment.
