Rader. Rader killed 10 innocent people between 1974 and 1991 -
Joseph and Julia Otero and two of their children, Joseph Jr. and
Josephine, as well as Kathryn Bright, Shirley Vian Relford, Nancy
Jo Fox, Marine Hedge, Vicki Wegerle, and Dolores Davis.
