Agile06 - Michael Spayd - Cogility and Agile Transformation

Michael and I talk about his company Cogility and his work with
organizations.  I have seen Michael on the agile circuit for
some time and shared several OpenSpaces with him. 

I'm sure we will be hearing more from Michael.  I certainly
enjoyed my chat with him.
