In this episode James and Grant have a guest host Adrian joining
them to discuss an accident which was too similar to the previous
episode on Air Fance 447. Some operators just didn't want to
incorporate the lessons learnt from AF447, however we finish on
another incident that had a positive outcome, indeed most
operators had taken the lessons on board.
