Compelled by incomplete and bias presentations of Black People
and Black Culture, Documentarians Teanna & Peter Okojie set
out to capture and tell stories of the Black Community that you
don't hear or see. Tee grew up in San Diego, CA while
Peter  was born and raised in Nigeria, but their work
has led them to travel the world to share Black stories
more accurately. In this conversation, we discuss the importance
of telling Black stories accurately through film, photography,
and other media and the role storytelling plays in affecting
positive change.
