Every relationship succeeds or falls apart based on the
parameters that define the relationship. In order for the
relationship to succeed, both parties have to mutually agree and
commit to those expectations. 


And the same is true for any type of Community. When people
become part of a community, they are committing to a set of
values and ideals that are shared by the group as a whole. And in
a church community, it's this shared commitment that has the
potential to produce significant life transformation and help us
all become more like Christ!
