means by which a person would transform into an animal. Often
using pelts of animals and enacting various magical rights the
practitioner metaphorically or sometimes literally shifts their
form. In the American southwest the Navajo lore of the Skinwalker
holds a special place in this kind of folklore.  


Marcus and Vic break down the different aspects associated with
the legend of the Skinwalker. They go over different suspected
methods someone becomes one as well as suspected methods to fend
