With the inspiration of Kurosawa, the progenitor of Akira, and
enough gore to fill a slasher flick, this week the guys tackle an
inspirational movie that marries edo period samurai with body
horror. The 1993 essential film known as Ninja Scroll. This is a
movie that came out on MTV right after edgy original Aeon Flux to
keep young insomniacs awake at night, does it still hold up? Are
the graphics any good? Is there a person with worse luck than
Kagero? Why is the Bee ninja the creepiest one? We try to find
out all this and more as we cure poison with love making.
