Happy 2021! I’m starting the first episode of this brand new year
with something a little different. This time, we’re watching a
new anime based off a classic, well-loved
franchise: Lupin III: The First! Lupin & the
gang’s first ever CG animated film! And of course, I recruited
friend & fellow Lupin fan Tricia to chat about it, and all
things Lupin. Join us as we give our immediate thoughts after
watching it and give a rundown on what we liked and didn’t like
about this fresh new Lupin anime & how it stacks up to 50
years of Lupin III. (The first part of the episode is
relatively spoiler-free, with spoiler-filled talk starting at
around the 46:57 mark and continuing on for pretty much the
rest of the episode, for those who don’t want to be spoiled!)
