Yourself: The Journey from Head to Heart, which won the reader’s
choice award. The founder of LightSong School of 21st Century
Shamanism and Energy Medicine, she developed the first energy
medicine curriculum of its kind, which offers degree courses
including a bachelor's, master's, and doctorate in shamanism. She
