The inspiration and genesis for host Paul Lawrence Vann creating
Wealth Academy Podcast find its roots in him serving over 20
years in the United States Air Force (USAF). Podcast host Vann
retired from the USAF after serving 12 consecutive years int he
Pentagon, to include a year as a Capitol Hill Fellow working for
a member of Congress in the U.S. House of Representatives. 


Upon retirement, retired lieutenant colonel Vann decided to
become a motivational speaker, author, diversity/inclusion
trainer, and coach. That's not all, host Vann started and hosting
a radio show, The Wealthy Speaker Talk Radio Show and he
interviewed many celebrities, Olympians, best selling authors,
speakers, entrepreneurs, and small business owners, resulting in
over 525 episodes of his empowerment talk radio show.


During this episode, Paul discusses the coaching programs he
leads to include him being a Certified Mindfulness Life Coach,
Certified Spiritual Consciousness Coach, and Business Success
Coach. He also provides insight on being a Certified
Diversity/Inclusion trainer and he has spoken to organizations
throughout the U.S. and Canada for Fortune 500 companies and
 many others.
