The U.S. House of Representatives voted for and passed a second
stimulus package and forwarded it to the U.S. Senate in May,
however, the package went nowhere.  It's almost mid-December
and the clock has been ticking for citizens and businesses who
need assistance immediately in order to move forward as the new
year approaches.


Paul Lawrence Vann provides insight on this important issue and
it helps that he worked on Capitol Hill for a member of Congress
and understands the dynamics taking place between the branches of
government. Sadly, one day the White House says it's on board
with a stimulus package, and then the next day they're not, this
is taking place as families and businesses suffer.


The bottom line is neither members of Congress or the White House
are suffering as a result of the stimulus package not be
negotiated and approved. The American people and small
businesses, local and state governments are being hurt by this
