Michelle Gardner-Ince's role as Director, Women Veteran
Small Business Initiatives is to increase women veteran businesses
in federal and commercial marketplaces.

Growing up  the daughter of an Army Colonel is a unique
experience for anyone, and it's a reality for Michelle
Gardner-Ince who served in the United States Air Force
 (USAF) and earned the rank of colonel.  During this
episode Michelle shares her truths growing up a military
dependent, having the baton handed to her, and living her best
life as a military officer.


After retiring from the USAF Michelle is Director, Women Veteran
Small Business Initiatives and she is exhorting women
entrepreneurs to  take bold steps, glean exposure for their
businesses, and work with the Department of Veterans Affairs to
help them provide their services and products to the V.A. All too
often women veteran small business owners don't know they have a
resource such as the V.A. to call upon.


The time is now for women veterans to take the next step in their
