Wealth Academy Podcast - Episode #54 - A Few Things To Consider As The End Of 2020 Draws To A Close

Wealth Academy Podcast community 2020 wasn't the year we asked
for and or wanted. Now more than ever we have navigated 2020 and
come away with lessons learned to serve us well in 2021.


During this episode, Paul encourages us to understand COVID-19
resulted in us pivoting in our personal and business life, and
for us all to make an assessment of our year in total. Assess the
period from January to June 2020 and then July-December 2020 and
make notes of what worked, what didn't work, and what adjustments
you made.


A huge leadership void existed throughout 2020 as it pertained to
the leadership response to the pandemic, but we all persisted, no
matter what. Note that the things you learned about yourself
throughout the year will assist you as we transition to a new
year and new leadership in the U.S. and other countries as
well. 


Hope is our superpower as we usher in a new year. Take all of the
lessons you learn in 2020 and dust them off and get ready for
what will be an exciting year. Happy New Year to you all and one
of the best things that happened was the foundation and
development of the Wealth Academy Podcast and the community that
continues to grow day by day.
