Coach Rakesh shared a powerful story about his upbringing to
provide listeners with  what's possible if you truly believe
in yourself. Whether it was a challenge or success Coach Rakesh
expertly highlighted how if he could navigate challenges, so can
others and he  provided excellent examples for all to hear
and learn.


Coach Rakesh is a best-selling author and he wrote, 6 Pillars of
the Life Management System and its something we can all learn
from him.  He provided a wonderful story as it pertains to
his life on the subject of hatred and he wove a powerful story
that leads to agape love, truly powerful for sure.


Families weren't left out of the picture, in that he discussed
how expressions between family members s is very important and a
time is needed for all members of the family to be together,
expressing how they're doing and it leads to a closer-knit family
bond. 


Last but not least Coach Rakesh shared the importance of men to
assess their formative years, midlife and their senior years to
be able to pass the torch for the younger generation. Coach Vann
