Michael Landau is an extraordinary man with tremendous gifts that
he shares throughout this episode of Wealth Academy Podcast.

While living in Austria for several decades Michael sustained and
experienced tremendous pain as a musical performer and
instructor, so much so that he experienced chronic back pain.
Today he continues to design and structure his wellness
program, From Stiff To Nimble which is the byproduct of
COVID-19.

using mobile devices all day and they're not moving. Michael's
program is an online course that addresses focused movement,
mobility, movement interventions, and more that helps people
become more conscious of the need to move.
His mission is to give busy people with sedentary lives the
opportunity to find joy and pleasure in movement and feel better,
more able, flexible, and lively, through a tiny daily dose of
Movement with Awareness.
He is a Feldenkrais practitioner, a professional musician, a
former university teacher, a Medicine Wheel practitioner of
energetic healing; he is a husband and a father; he meditates,
and gardens. Michael I uses conscious movement to help his
clients become the best version of themselves. Michael's program
