Podcasting has been around for quite a few years and is growing
at a remarkable rate each month and year. Clubhouse is relatively
new and is still in beta form and has a following of 12 million
and counting. So what is the difference between the two
platforms?


I'm glad you asked, There is a total of 1.9 million podcasts
globally and continuing to grow by leaps and bounds. Clubhouse on
the other hand has approximately 12 million weekly active users,
thus it has the potential to grow in leaps and bounds in the
coming months and years.

A podcast is an evergreen platform, Clubhouse doesn't record
activity in its rooms or clubs.Podcasts have been around for
decades, Clubhouse for roughly six months.Podcast solo and guest
interview episodes are recorded, Clubhouse sessions aren't
recorded.Podcast guesting is a game-changer as far as proving a
platform for guest to share their expertise, Clubhouse isn't quite
there yet, however some podcasters interview guests through the
platform, albeit special equipment is required to do so.Podcasting
is a huge enterprise, Clubhouse has great potential because it is
just getting started.Podcasting can be delivered over multiple
channels, Clubhouse is currently limited to iPhone's however change
is on the way.Podcasting will continue being a wonderful platform
for host/guest opportunities in the future, Clubhouse will be
transitioning to android in the coming months which will result in
