148 Spencer Hilligoss CEO/Co-Founder of Madison Investing - Real Estate Syndications

which three were valued at over $1 billion. Spencer is a member
of the 2021 Forbes Real Estate Council. 


Spencer shares his inspiration for becoming CEO and Co-Founder of
Madison Investing. What provides Spencer with a competitive
advantage in real estate syndications is his understanding of the
challenges busy professionals face when starting their real
estate journey, he shared a couple of examples of the challenges
people face.


Having money in a savings account is great, however, when you
invest in real estate syndications busy professionals can grow
their income. Spencer has the knowledge and expertise to assist
investors in acquiring the knowledge to invest in apartments,
storage units, and more.


Spencer informs listeners that real estate investing doesn't lend
