Almon Gunter is a two-time Olympic trial qualifier in track and
field. He was a two hundred meter expert and competed on seven
Olympic track and field courses in fifteen different countries,
and he has taken life lessons from his track and field experience
and guides others through professional speaking, coaching,
training, consulting, and through his books, and products.


Almon shared his inspiration for becoming a world-class athlete
and how he is living his purpose of helping others live a
high-performance lifestyle. During this episode, Almon Gunter
