203 Kyle Stephenson, The Founder Of KRS Holdings, Strengthens Communities Through Real Estate Investing and Property Management

Kyle Stephenson has been investing in residential real estate
since 1990. He owns approximately 300 units individually and an
additional 800 units in various syndications. The portfolio is
comprised of single-family homes, small apartment communities,
and large apartment communities. The primary focus of his
holdings has always been to generate cash flow with a secondary
focus on long-term appreciation. 


Kyle shared his backstory as it pertains to real estate
investing, and shared whether it found him, and how did his
upbringing help him decide on the real estate industry. While
attending the University of Pennsylvania Kyle earned a business
degree, he provided insight on if he ever imagined one day he
would be leading a real estate holding company/property
management business.


Kyle is the founder of KRS Holdings, DBA Great Richmond Rentals
with over 1,000 units of single-family homes and apartments,
including syndications in and around metropolitan Richmond, VA.

what is it like transitioning from growing up in New Jersey to
attending college in Pennsylvania, and ultimately living in
Richmond, Virginia and when did he know he was living his
