'bullet behind Trump' picture. What the photographer said seems to

report on how the government of New Jersey is planning to force
parents of newborns to give up blood samples of their newborns – to
be DNA sequenced. Ahh, yes, that 4th Amendment really stops these
vampires, doesn't it? What some might not know is that every state
already claims the power to take the blood samples of newborns!
