11. - Navigating Through this Year of Disruption 2020

In this episode, I talk about making HARD decisions.  Some
of you are making decisions on the upcoming school year, those
are difficult decisions.  I give suggestions on things to do
while you are at home to keep some sort of normalcy and also
creating new routines.  We know this time brings new
challenges, but I want you to also let it bring new
opportunities.  


You will make many HARD decisions throughout your Autism journey,
this is just one of those times.  Buckle up Mama, there are
more to come but remember, you are stronger than you think and
you've got this!
