Asking "Why" is a natural response to life's challenges, a way to
make sense of our experiences. But there are a few reasons why
asking "Why" may not be as helpful as we think.  Asking why
is really just us searching for insight, right?  We are
trying to make sense of what we think are our negative
experiences in life. But here's the thing - we can't always know
or figure out the reasons why things outside of our control
happen.

So, what's the alternative to constantly asking "Why"? What can
you do when those "Why" questions seem to be consuming you?

Join me in this episode as I share strategies and examples for
moving past the "Why" and regaining a sense of control and
purpose in your life.
