The Duratus Mind - Mark Ormrod former Royal Marine and triple amputee.

Mark Ormrod has a story like few you have ever heard. From
joining the Royal Marines at just 17 to a number of years later
being the UK's military's first triple amputee (both legs and
dominant arm) Mark had every excuse going to give up - but Mark
doesn't have any quit in him. 

At 24yrs old whilst recovering in hospital Mark was told that he
would spend the rest of his life in a wheelchair & need to
employ a full time carer. After the initial shock Mark decided
that he wasn't going to let someone else's opinion become his
reality. 

A proud father (known to his children as Iron Man) and husband,
he created a new purpose and continues now to dominate and thrive
in live. A pioneer in the UK as an above the knee double amputee
prosthetic walker, he has gone on to be a best selling author,
motivational speaker, BJJ blue belt and win multiple Invictus
games medals.  

His attitude and perspective towards life can help us all. You
